In a success story of over 30 years, Brainstorm has been awarded over 45 gold and platinum awards, 2 Japan Music Export Awards, the German Language Culture Award or the "Man Of The Year" Award in Dubai. Like all players in the industry, Brainstorm Music Marketing of course had to constantly adapt to new challenges. Problems had to be solved, time of illegal downloads or the massive change of the whole industry through new techniques like streaming or social media. This requires creative thinking and steadfastness.



Because of this treasure trove of experience, Brainstorm is not only a client of the music industry. The agency is also active in the consulting sector and advises clients such as UEFA, Telekom, Unilevers, Audi, BMW, etc.



More than three decades in the music business stand for a lot of experience on the one hand, and an international network on the other. It all started when a young ski freak and amateur musician from the mountains wanted to get out into the big, wide world. An idea was born and a few weeks later the Allgäu fellow traveled to faraway Hamburg. There he introduced himself to over 30 companies until, after many rejections, he finally got a "Go!". For four years Deville Schober worked and learned on the Reeperbahn Hamburg in the live business and met artists like B52, Iggy Pop, the Ramones or Motörhead. After that, the music business brought him to Hanover and the
to the Ruhr area. During this time, the Allgäu native was on the road year-round as tour and production manager on over 150 European tours and various US and Japan tours. Enormous homesickness for the mountains brought him back to the south after many turbulent years, where he founded the agency Brainstorm Music Marketing in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany, the Allgäu Alps.
